We help families save money by paying cash for gently used kids' clothing, toys, shoes, equipment, and more, then making those items affordable for the next family. We're looking for a motivated Supervisor who is ready to take ownership, lead by example, and help drive the success of our store.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
• Help manage inventory through merchandising, markdowns, and sales-floor organization
• Coach, motivate, and support a team of 20–30 employees
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Assist with daily store operations, opening/closing, and achieving sales goals
• Lead by example in a fun, fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
• Passion for fashion, resale, and sustainability

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
