Top Performers earn upwards of $35/hour+ Paid training and career development Schedule & Location Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Fridays: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM Based in Laramie, WY Occasional Weekends, Out of Town, and Graveyard shifts for specialty projects Requirements Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurable driving record Physically able to lift 45 lbs and work at heights Ability to work off ladders rated for 225 pounds Must reside within 60 minutes of Laramie Benefits Paid time off after 1 year 401(k) retirement plan Apprenticeship and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Prep, paint, and finish interiors and exteriors for residential and commercial projects Perform advanced techniques like cabinet painting and wallpaper removal Maintain clean, safe job sites Communicate clearly with team members and clients Deliver top-tier finishes with minimal callbacks Why Western View Painting?
