Position Summary


We are hiring a Lead HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while also leading and training other technicians . This role is key to helping grow our HVAC division.


Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Complete service calls accurately and efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service

• Lead and mentor junior technicians

• Assist in training and development of team members

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC license (preferred)

• Minimum 1-3+ years HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Leadership mindset with ability to train others

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong communication and customer service skills

This role offers advancement into Service Manager or leadership positions as we expand HVAC into additional markets.


Compensation
$75k - $115k per year
