Life Actuarial Associate RoleLife actuarial Associate role in MassMutual's Actuarial Leadership Development Program, based in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts. You'll rotate across business lines and actuarial functions, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop toward SOA fellowship and future leadership roles. Annuity experience, Prophet, Excel, and VBA are relevant.RequirementsMust have:BA or BS with a quantitative focus (Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance, Economics or related major)Must have passed at least 4 or more actuarial examsAt least 3 years of professional experience in an actuarial related positionStrongly preferred:Commitment to pursue Fellowship in the Society of ActuariesDemonstrated leadership skills from either school or workStrong analytical skills with hands-on experience using actuarial modeling platformsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsStrong technical skills using Excel, VBACross collaboration experience working across multiple stakeholder groupsNice to have:Experience in annuities, especially variable annuity and/or index-linked annuity, is a plusExperience in Prophet is a plusTools: Excel.
