Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and technical review for ultra-high-net-worth families. The role involves managing a team of tax professionals, working closely with Wealth Advisors, and maintaining authentic client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Oversee individual, trust, estate, gift, foundation, and business tax returns; serve as final reviewer and signer; lead client meetings; mentor and develop staff; support integration of acquired offices; act as subject matter expert in trust and estate planning; drive firmwide standardization; participate in speaking engagements; collaborate with advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of tax experience; Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA or JD; expertise with UHNW individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships; managing managers and staff; proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills; willingness to travel regionally.
