A Tampa community is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Agent who can assist both English‐ and Spanish‐speaking prospects and residents. You’ll manage the full leasing process while providing clear, bilingual communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and present pricing and specials in English and Spanish.

• Assist with applications, screening, and lease execution, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk‐ins; provide bilingual support and follow‐up throughout the leasing process.

• Support online marketing, social media posts, and outreach efforts to drive traffic.

• Build strong resident relationships and assist with renewals and customer‐service needs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

• Leasing, sales, or customer‐service experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast‐paced leasing environment.
