Controls Engineer

Responsibilities Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning and customer acceptance. Develop and troubleshoot PLC/PAC, HMI, and machine control systems. Design control system architectures, networks, and automation solutions. Integrate robotics, vision systems, and MES/data collection platforms. Support quoting, estimating, and project planning activities. Work closely with engineering, assembly, and customer teams throughout project execution. Travel to customer sites for installation, startup, training, and support. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience in industrial automation or machine building. Experience with robotics, machine vision, HMI/SCADA, and industrial networks. Ability to troubleshoot and commission automated equipment. Experience leading projects and working directly with customers. Engineering degree or equivalent hands‑on experience. Willingness to travel as needed for project support.
