Endoscopy Scheduler & Patient Services Pro
Spectrum Health
Corewell Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Grand Rapids to deliver registration, concierge, and clerical support. You will work with a team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service in a fast-paced health system.
Primary duties include patient check-in/out, scheduling, referrals, and EMR management using EPIC EMR, with emphasis on accuracy and customer care. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
