Physical Therapist

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients physical conditions and determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical guidelines.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately in compliance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and referring providers regarding treatment goals.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, adhering to state and facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Physical Therapy License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care, outpatient, NICU, or similar settings.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads of 8-12 patients per day.
• Strong teamwork skills and initiative to enhance patient outcomes.
• Flexibility to float to outpatient settings as needed.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend or on-call duties.
