Warehouse Associate Schedule: 10:00am-6:30pm Pay: $20
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of ensuring our shipments are accurate, organized, and ready to deliver excellence. In this role, you will play a key part in consolidating completed orders from multiple picking areas, verifying shipment contents, and preparing products for outbound delivery. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!
What You'll Do:
- Combine completed orders from various picking zones to prepare for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and contents to ensure customer satisfaction
- Organize products by shipment and stage freight for shipping
- Prepare pallets and stage freight efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to verify product accuracy against order documentation
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Basic computer skills for documentation and order verification
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Previous experience in order consolidation or shipping roles
- Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in a physically active environment
