OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Germantown, MD by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• 6 months of flatbed experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking as an OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Driver, operating our 500+ unit fleet outfitted with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats on nationwide lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure and transport flatbed loads following safety protocols
• Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections per FMCSA guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and update logs promptly

Earn $0.70/mile plus up to $0.10 CPM in bonuses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, steady home time, and full benefits—health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
