Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (Tile & Flooring Distribution) - Paterson, NJ We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate box trucks and pickup trucks for local deliveries throughout the Tri-State area. Responsibilities Warehouse Duties Pull, pack, and prepare tile and flooring orders for customer pickup and delivery. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock locations. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe on a daily basis. Assist customers with loading materials when needed. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Delivery Duties Deliver tile and flooring products throughout the Tri-State area (NJ, NY, and CT) approximately 1–2 days per week. Safely operate company box trucks and pickup trucks. Inspect vehicles before and after deliveries. Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain professional customer service standards. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous warehouse experience required. Experience driving box trucks and/or pickup trucks preferred. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to bend, reach, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Experience operating: Forklift Pallet Jack Hand Jack Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
