We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Engineer to join our cutting-edge Agentic Engine team. As part of a division of the data platform team which focuses on LLM adoption, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI technologies and design architectures that apply LLMs to real-world industry challenges in data development platform areas. This role puts you at the forefront of AI innovation, shaping the future of intelligent systems. Responsibilities include:

• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies, particularly in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents
• Developing expertise in data development platforms and driving technological innovation within the team
• Designing and implementing sophisticated architectural solutions for integrating LLM technology into business applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient AI-powered systems
• Contributing to the development of AI agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML applications
• Demonstrated experience in complex system design and architecture, particularly in AI-driven environments
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++, Golang, or Rust
• Experience with big data processing and distributed computing systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting

Preferred Qualification:

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworks
• Advanced degree preferred

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156,000 - $387,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
