Our client is seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support our clients in achieving their highest quality of life. DSPs help individuals maintain independence, ensure health and safety, and participate fully in daily living activities. If you are dedicated to making a meaningful impact, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Professional conduct — Demonstrate respect, dignity, and professionalism aligned with the company's mission and values.

Health & wellness monitoring — Observe and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or daily routines.

Safe environment upkeep — Maintain clean, safe, and hazard-free living spaces.

Dietary support — Assist clients with healthy food choices and compliance with medical dietary orders.

Daily living assistance — Support household chores, recreation, learning, physical fitness, and money management.

Personal care — Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and other hygiene tasks.

Documentation — Complete required paperwork for state/federal regulations.

Training compliance — Complete ongoing training within required timeframes.

Attendance — Follow company policies for punctuality and schedule changes.

Meetings — Attend staff meetings and required company activities.

Additional Responsibilities

Client transportation — Safely transport clients to appointments, activities, errands, and work while following all vehicle safety policies.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

0–3 years experience in human services (preferred with individuals with disabilities)

Negative criminal background check

At least 18 years old

Valid driver's license

Basic English fluency (oral and written)

Basic math skills

State-required training/certifications preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to assist with client transfers (bed, wheelchair, floor, shower, vehicle)

Ability to assist with bathing, changing briefs, and hygiene tasks

Frequent bending and twisting

Exposure to potential bloodborne pathogens

Ability to perform housekeeping task
