If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!What Will You Do in This Role?As a Medical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining resident medical records in accordance with State and Federal regulations, professional standard of practice and company policy and procedure. You will also be responsible for ensuring the management and accuracy of medical resident records from pre-admission to post discharge.Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityRHIA or RHIT credential preferredMinimum of two years of experience in medical records in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferredExperience with ICD coding preferredMust possess knowledge of medical terminology, laws, and regulations, as they pertain to LTC/SNF/AL/MC settingsMust possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the communityProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is guided by one single purpose: To live the YOUNITE philosophy in every decision, every day.
