Follow up with prospective customers regarding scheduled appointments. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Strong written and verbal communication skills. A professional, courteous, and positive attitude. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and online communication tools. The ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities remotely. A willingness to learn and participate in any required training. Previous work experience is not required, as this is an entry-level opportunity.
