As NFM’s Appliance Designer you will be responsible for assisting NFM customers plan and design in-door and outdoor high-end kitchens. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Collaborate: Discuss with the client their style preferences, scope of project and investment plan Advise: Counsel client on space planning, layout and color coordination to ensure practical and esthetically pleasing designs Present: Lay out quotes, drawings and product specifications for client approval Order: Purchase products and accessories for customer Follow-up: Reach out to the client to confirm satisfaction of all designer services Research: Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, websites and other sources Generate: Work designated territory to generate sales in new home and business construction Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred. 3 years of retail sales experience. Product Knowledge preferred. Appliance background (School or work experience) including the ability to read blueprints and layout floor plans.
