Epic Project Coordinator

Job Description Governance & Stakeholder Coordination Establish and facilitate governance groups, particularly in non-lab areas (integrated clinical, revenue cycle, etc.) Coordinate stakeholder engagement and decision-making processes Communications Management Coordinate communication activities in partnership with the Sutter Communications team Assist with content development, review, and distribution planning Ensure consistent messaging across project audiences Change Management Track change impacts and risks Facilitate the development and execution of mitigation and adoption plans Project Coordination & Administration Schedule and facilitate meetings Prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items Support overall project planning, organization, and execution We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
