We are currently seeking a SAP Datasphere Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities / Skills

SAP Datasphere Development – Proficient to Expert Level

• Design, build, and maintain SAP Datasphere data models, including relational models, analytical models, and semantic layers.
• Develop data flows, pipelines, replication flows, and transformations using SAP Datasphere Data Builder and Data Flow tools.
• Configure and manage Spaces, Connections, Remote Tables, Replication Flows, Data Access Controls, and security within SAP Datasphere.
• Work on integrations with SAP and non-SAP sources, including patterns such as SFTP, Azure Blob, S3 Bucket, and other cloud/on-premise data sources.
• Implement optimized architecture for real-time and batch data integration.
• Work on data persistence strategies, performance optimization, and impact analysis of changes on existing data.
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, data loads, replication, dataflow failures, model deployment, performance, and data mismatches.
• Deploy and support agentic AI use cases using SAP Datasphere to enable data ingestion, transformation, and end-to-end processing workflows.

SAP BW / BW/4HANA – Advanced Beginner

• Should have working knowledge of SAP BW / BW on HANA / BW/4HANA concepts.
• Develop or support CDS Views, Native HANA Calculation Views, and related data models where required.
• Extract, consume, or virtualize SAP BW objects such as ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and BW Queries into SAP Datasphere.
• Understand BW support concepts such as process chains, transformations, DTPs, data load monitoring, error handling, and performance tuning.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic BW-related reporting and data load issues.
• Knowledge of integration patterns between SAP BW and SAP Datasphere.

SAP Analytics Cloud Integration / Reporting – Advanced Beginner

• Enable and optimize SAC connectivity with SAP Datasphere and BW sources.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud data management, including live and import options from Datasphere.
• Ability to support SAC reporting consumption from Datasphere analytical models.
• Understand basic SAC reporting concepts such as stories, models, filters, input controls, calculated measures, restricted measures, and dashboard consumption.
• Ability to troubleshoot SAC report issues related to data availability, filters, model changes, and performance.
• Full SAC development expertise is not mandatory, but working knowledge of SAC reporting integration is expected.

BPC / Financial Planning & Analytics Knowledge – Beginner to Advanced Beginner

• Basic understanding of SAP BPC concepts and planning-related data models.
• Knowledge of FP&A / Financial Planning and Analytics concepts such as:
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Actual vs Budget analysis
• Actual vs Forecast analysis
• Cost center planning
• Profit center reporting
• GL/account-based reporting
• Fiscal period and planning dimensions
• Ability to understand financial planning and reporting requirements at a basic level.
• Awareness of planning-related data structures and how they can be consumed or reported through BW, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Prior hands-on BPC implementation experience is not mandatory, but conceptual knowledge of planning and financial analytics is expected.
