Looking to start a career in sales but don't have experience yet?
Champions Marketing Group is growing our Houston team and looking for motivated, competitive people who are ready to learn, work hard, and challenge themselves.
We love people with a sports-minded mentality. We're wanting someone competitive, coachable, team-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve. You don't need a sales background to get started. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and build your skills.
What You'll Be Doing As A Sales Representative:
- Meet and connect with customers face-to-face in a retail setting
- Learn about customer needs and recommend products and services
- Answer questions and help customers through the sales process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

Pay & Growth:
This position offers a base vs. commission compensation structure , so your earning potential can grow with your performance.
Average representatives earn approximately $800–$1,000 per week, while top performers can earn $1,500+ per week. Earnings vary based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to take on more responsibility based on performance.
