What You'll Do As a Bartender at Cleveland Draft House - Clayton, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engaging with guests to provide exceptional service and recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- At least 3 years of bartending experience in a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service every shift.
