Responsibilities Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Assist with medication administration, feeding, and other treatments as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and safety About the Role As a CNA at Avir at Crockett, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
