Teller Supervisor

We are looking for a Teller Supervisor to lead and coordinate teller operations at our Monroe Branch: 1812 W. Monroe St., Phoenix, AZ 85007. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of tellers, ensuring accurate transaction processing and adherence to policies. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach teller associates; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching. Plan, assign, and schedule teller staffing, including arranging coverage during peak periods. Oversee teller transactions; reconcile daily cash balances and prepare reconciliation reports. Ensure compliance with branch security procedures and regulatory requirements. Act as a teller during peak hours to support members. Promote and cross‑sell credit union products to members. Collaborate with Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to maintain overall branch operational efficiency. Address and resolve member inquiries and complaints promptly. Implement and enforce standardized teller procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Qualifications High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required. 3 to 5 years of experience in a teller or banking environment; prior teller supervisor experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Leadership, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. Compensation Hourly rate: $21.12 to $26.40 per hour, dependent on experience. Benefits Paid time off: paid holidays, floating holidays, personal days, vacation days, and sick time.
