The Department of Radiation Oncology and Applied Sciences (DROAS) at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center seeks applications for a full‑time radiation oncologist to serve at practice locations in Lebanon, NH, and St. Johnsbury, VT. Applicants with interest in brachytherapy are encouraged to apply and would join an established brachytherapy program.
DROAS is a member of the Dartmouth Cancer Center (DCC), one of the original NCI‑designated cancer centers, and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. The current faculty includes multiple physician‑scientists with wet & dry labs. Staffing includes 12 physicians, 7 physicists, 10 dosimetrists, 9 nurses, 28 RTTs, & shared secretarial and administrative support. DROAS has a fully ACGME‑accredited medical residency program and a CAMPEP‑accredited medical physics residency program.
