Responsibilities Manage customer insurance accounts and update information. Assist customers with policy changes and renewals while pivoting to over 50 product lines. Provide information on insurance products and services to enhance the customer experience. Call on leads to convert to potential new customer onboarding. Acquire and close referral leads. Qualifications Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
