Bankruptcy Associate Attorney - Charlotte or Raleigh

Oakstreet Attorney Search is assisting a large, full-service law firm in their search for a Bankruptcy Associate for a role that can sit in Charlotte or Raleigh. This attorney will support partners in the firm's restructuring and insolvency group, and candidates with experience involving financial restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy litigation will be considered. This is a great opportunity to become the go-to associate in a small, cohesive group and take on significant responsibilities with heavy client contact. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of post-graduate bankruptcy experience (or experience in a bankruptcy clerkship) and an active North Carolina bar license, or the ability to waive into the North Carolina bar.
