Summary:

Are you a talented and creative Digital designer with high-end digital skills and an eye for visual design and video which communicates an idea, concept, or story? Then, this would be the role for you! This position is responsible for visualizing, designing, and developing 2D, 3D digital graphics & video content to help drive traffic to our ecommerce sites.

Essential Job Functions:

• Visualizes, creates, and produces digital marketing assets, including but not limited to landing pages, website banners, emails, social media graphics & video, video edits, motion graphics, and other digital marketing collateral.
• Ensures all digital creative adheres to Company brand guidelines and supports Digital Marketing and Ecommerce objectives and ensures branding is consistent across all digital channels, including email, social media, and video content.
• Manages multiple design projects and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
• Creates compelling digital content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Designs impactful email marketing campaigns, engaging social media graphics, and dynamic video content that aligns with brand identity.
• Participates in the creation and revision of web banners and digital images for platforms like Shopify and various online marketplaces.
• Introduces innovative design ideas, tools, and concepts to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital creative assets.
• Keeps informed of latest trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design, video, and motion graphics and introduces innovative design ideas, tools, and concepts to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital creative assets.

Position Requirements:

• 5-10 years of professional graphic design and/or interactive design or digital design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects)
• 2D motion graphics (Cinema 4D a plus).
• Must have 3D graphic design experience
• Thorough understanding of digital and social media platform delivery requirements.
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional problem solving, attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt well to changing digital design trends and technologies
• Exceptional design skills, notably typography, color, and composition.
• Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and email marketing tools like Klaviyo
• Ability to collaborate within a team and cross-functional departments, receiving and understanding feedback from stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of each project.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses an attitude of continuous improvement in design quality and efficiency.
• Knowledge of Figma is a plus

** MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO IN CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION**

**This position is onsite and in-person 5 days/week **
