Business Analyst

This is a 12-month contract role for a Business Analyst based in Jersey City, New Jersey, focused on credit risk analysis in the financial services sector. Responsibilities Analyze large datasets and perform data mapping, profiling, and quality assessment Support credit risk modeling and analysis using industry standard concepts and frameworks Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Document findings and communicate insights to cross-functional teams Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services 3+ years focused on credit risk Strong proficiency in SQL Experience working with large datasets Hands‑on experience with data mapping, data profiling, and data quality tools Solid understanding of credit risk concepts, including PFE exposure, PD, LGD, EAD, and risk-weighted assets Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Preferred Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, or CCAR #J-18808-Ljbffr Intone Networks Inc.
