This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated Veterinary Specialist to begin transitioning your career into a leadership position establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital while also continuing to practice veterinary medicine.

You will receive support from the Regional Medical Director and other field team and Support Office associates.

Schedule

• Full Time availability - ~ 50% clinical/50% administrative

Lead a Team

• As a Medical Director, you'll serve as a mentor and coach, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Your leadership will be instrumental in developing a culture to deliver on our promise of exceptional service consistently
• Collaborating closely with regional leadership, you'll play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing our veterinary professionals
• Your strategic insights will inform annual planning, budgeting, and goal-setting, aligning our efforts with broader company objectives

Compensation

• Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $250-$350k.
• This position may also be eligible for an MD stipend and MD bonus in addition to other variable pay programs
• This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain
• Residency Trained or Diplomate Board Certification
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
