Summary Assists to continuously develop the Health Plan's compliance and ethics programs. Plans, develops, and performs reviews and audits to monitor compliance with federal and state regulations/guidance, delegation oversight and internal policies and procedures. Identifies root causes of deficiencies, creates corrective actions plans and conducts follow-up reviews to validate adherence. Experience Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of five years of Medicare compliance experience is required.
