Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry. Responsibilities - Manage complex litigation, including drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. - Advise on risk mitigation across regulatory, competition, and healthcare law areas. - Work with vendors and industry partners to ensure compliance with legal frameworks. Qualifications JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. Strong academic and professional background. Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
