Forklift Operator

Now hiring Forklift Drivers (for both DAY & NIGHT shifts) to move materials weighing 5,000+ lbs. for a Cable manufacturing company in Milton, FL.

We truly believe that our company is a rewarding career destination. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count material.
- Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.
- Knowledge of ALL safety protocols for safe forklift operation
- Other duties as assigned (including, but not limited to heavy-lifting and various types of manual labor).
- Must have experience operating a forklift rated to carry/transport 5,000 (or more) pounds
- At least ONE FULL YEAR of experience is PREFERRED but NOT required.
Certified/Licensed forklift operators will receive PREFERENCE , but we are willing to train for the right candidate. PAY:
Starts at: $15/hr. --- $16/hr. ( Depending on your level of experience)
***There is an opportunity for PAY INCREASE over-time as you gain more experience*** SCHEDULE:
Full-Time --- All shifts are 12-hr's
Day Shift = 7:30am - 7:30pm
Night Shift = 7:30pm - 7:30am
***EXPECT to work 60+ hours a week***
All hours worked over 40 hours will be paid at Time-and-a-half REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have Steel-toed boots/shoes.
- Must have RELIABLE transportation to Milton FL.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must complete a pre-employment (level 1) background check.
