Lead a high-performing warehouse team within a meat/food manufacturing environment. Keep the cold chain intact, product flowing, and records exact—while championing GMPs, sanitation, and OSHA-aligned safety at every turn.

Impact You’ll Make

• Coordinate all warehouse operations daily: receiving, storage, staging, and movement of goods.
• Maintain impeccable labeling, organization, and storage that meet company SOPs.
• Manage inbound/offloading and outbound/loading schedules and priorities.
• Execute and support inventory counts; uphold accurate inventory documentation.
• Mentor team members on best practices; reinforce GMPs, food safety, and sanitation.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance, giving timely feedback.
• Operate/supervise forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe; ensure PPE is used correctly.
• Communicate status and needs to supervisors and partner departments: inventory, orders, production, and staffing.
• Immediately report safety, quality, product, or inventory issues to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and OSHA and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required; leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing, meat processing, or cold storage exposure strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and handle product movement.
• Skilled communicator with strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Thrives in fast-paced operations and tight timelines.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Lifting and moving materials as needed.
• Comfort in cold/refrigerated environments.
• Ability to perform warehouse duties safely, using PPE and following safety procedures.
