PRN or Part Time Physical Therapist

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is seeking a motivated PRN or Part Time Physical Therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit for our energetic outpatient clinic in Smyrna, DE. What You’ll Do: Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results Review the physician's referral and patient’s condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist license and CPR certification Outgoing and energetic personality Employment Offers: Highly competitive pay and performance compensation packages that reward you for your productivity and clinical excellence Multi-level focused leadership training and development Pay rate increases and reimbursement for fees associated with Board Clinical Specialty Certification and other specialties Advancement opportunities as our footprint in Delaware continues to grow #J-18808-Ljbffr US Physical Therapy
