Healthcare HR Manager: Talent, Training & Relations

Prime Healthcare

Saint Joseph Hospital in Elgin, IL is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead programs related to selection, training, promotion, and employee relations. You will interview applicants, maintain personnel records, resolve disputes, and advise executives on policies and proposed organizational changes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years relevant experience); Master’s preferred, at least 2 years healthcare experience, and familiarity with hospital structure, wage practices, #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Healthcare
