Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PACU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients following surgeries and procedures.
• Assess patients' conditions post-operatively and ensure recovery is normal.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Document patient condition and response to treatment accurately.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years PACU or similar experience.
• CPAN certification preferred.
• Experience in trauma level I facilities required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
