Field ManagerThe Field Manager oversees Service Technicians responsible for executing daily routes and delivering pest control services to recurring customers. This role is accountable for building and training a high-performing field team focused on service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience, while ensuring compliance, safety, and performance standards are consistently met.ResponsibilitiesBuild and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.Qualifications and Requirements1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.Must be 21 years of age or older.Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).High School Diploma or GED, preferred.Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?The Shield Co. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is $45,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.Physical Demands and Working RequirementsCapable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.Moderate noise level in the work environment.The above statements are meant to outline the general nature and scope of work performed by employees in this role.
