Legal Administrative & Case Support Specialist

Job Description Looking for a legal assistant to the Paralegals. Core administrative duties would include: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars for attorneys and paralegals Answering phones and communicating with clients Organizing and maintaining case files (physical and digital) Drafting routine documents (letters, forms, basic pleadings) Formatting legal documents for court submission Proofreading for grammar, formatting, and completeness Gathering and organizing evidence and records Preparing exhibits and binders for hearings or trials Assisting with client intake (collecting initial information) Sending updates to clients about case status Requesting records (medical, financial, etc.) Using case management software (Clio) Handling confidential information securely #J-18808-Ljbffr
