Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Role Overview This position involves performing nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging, therapeutic procedures, and quality control tasks. The technologist will prepare patients and equipment, conduct studies independently, including portable exams and on-call situations, and utilize advanced imaging equipment such as PET and Theranostics treatments. Responsibilities Prepare patients and equipment for procedures Perform studies independently across various work sites Engage in quality control and ensure safety protocols Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher) Nuclear Medicine Tech Certification (RT(N) or CNMT) Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine and 2+ years of experience Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois), CPR certification Experience in CNMT, NMT, PET, or Radiotracer technologies is advantageous Additional Information Day shifts with varying start times, on-call rotations compensated Welcomes new grads and upcoming students Offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
