Real Estate Paralegal

AtWork Personnel Winston-Salem

Established law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate transactions .

The ideal candidate will be proficient in SoftPro , and familiar with all aspects of real estate closings, from contract to post-closing .

Experience with title searching is a big plus.

Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment .

Must be completely comfortable in a client-facing capacity serving as the "face" of the firm's real estate practice, confidently providing excellent, memorable service to clients.

Must also work effectively with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and support staff .

Knowledge of Clio office management & billing software is strongly preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Professional references are required .

This is a full-time position with a 38.5-hour work week that is paid for 40 hours .

Experience:

Real estate law: 5 years (Preferred)
SoftPro: 2 years (Preferred)
Clio: 2 years (Preferred)
Title search: 2 years (Preferred)
