Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Burnsville, MN

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible for SLP licensure in Minnesota
• CCC-SLP credential preferred; candidates completing their CFY will also be considered
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations within a school setting
• Familiarity with servicing students with significant needs
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a small caseload in a focused, supportive environment

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering direct speech-language therapy for students as outlined in their service minutes
• Collaborating with special education teams, families, and other professionals
• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Modifying and customizing interventions based on individual student needs
• Focusing efforts exclusively on providing services-there are no due process or case management requirements
