Brand Ambassador / Lead Generator
Bath Center is one of the fastest-growing companies in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms with beautiful, durable, low-maintenance remodeling solutions.
We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors / Lead Generators to represent our company at home shows, fairs, retail locations, community events, and promotional venues throughout the Portland metro area.
This is a customer-facing lead generation and event marketing role ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and earning commission on top of guaranteed hourly pay.
Compensation Summary- $21/hour guaranteed pay
- $50 commission for every qualified appointment set
- Typical commission earnings of $300–$500+ per week
- Uncapped earning potential
- Mileage reimbursement
- Parking and toll reimbursement when applicable
- Paid training

- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is required
- Flexible scheduling
- Represent Bath Center at home shows, retail locations, community events, and promotional venues
- Engage with prospective customers and generate interest in our bathroom remodeling services
- Educate homeowners on our products and services
- Schedule free in-home consultation appointments
- Generate qualified leads through face-to-face customer interaction
- Maintain a professional and organized event display
- Accurately collect customer information
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner

No industry experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Comfortable approaching and engaging members of the public
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Top performers will have the opportunity to advance within the company and may be considered for transfer into our in-home sales consultant team, where earning potential is significantly higher.
