Quality Engineer will interface with every level of Manufacturing, Production, Planning and Estimating Departments in the Scheduling and Planning of Inspection Plans, CMM Programs and First Article Reporting.What you'll bring (required qualifications):This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.Bachelor's degree in engineering or at least 4 years Machining Manufacturing Experience with Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances KnowledgeKnowledge of both the theory and practice of modern production principles and methods as applied to fabrication and assembly.NADCAP and chemical experience required.Ability to handle and execute multiple projects simultaneously within the context of a large organization and set priorities while easily adapting to changing situations.Internal Auditor experienceTechnical Document writing experience with ability to create detailed and accurate documentation of process and procedures.Strong leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be a self-starter, capable of leading complex projects with a strong sense of ownership and individual responsibility for success.Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized independent thinker.Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees at many different levels and achieve results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Interpersonal Skills, training and developing skills of others.AS9100/ ISO9001/ AS9102/ AS9103 and Self Verification Specification experiencePreferably you'll bring (preferred/desirable qualifications):Lean ManufacturingCompliance ExperienceExperience with Boeing commercial and CMP (Community Manufacturing Partnership) programsProficient with database management tools such as Access, SQL, & Crystal ReportsKnowledge of machining and assembly practices, tools and fixturing.Background in metal fabrication and assembly.6 Sigma Black Belt qualificationPMP CertificationPioneer human services is an equal opportunity employer of minorities/women/individuals with disabilities/protected veterans and does not unlawfully discriminate under federal, state, or local laws.
