Support Project Manager / Senior Consultant

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise project management directing complex technology initiatives.

• Proficiency in the complete project delivery lifecycle for large-scale cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.

• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to drive cross-functional engineering workstreams.

• Experience with project management software including MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira for portfolio tracking.

• Experience in governing security platform optimization, identity access management, and cloud security projects.

• Experience with RAID log management, technical risk assessment, and complex dependency mapping.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering executive-level presentations and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent cybersecurity and technology projects from initial requirements through production go-live.

• Architect detailed project schedules, milestones, and technical resource plans using Smartsheet or MS Project.

• Orchestrate technical workstreams to improve the operational maturity and integration of existing security tools.

• Direct Agile ceremonies and Waterfall stage-gate reviews to maintain high-scale program governance.

• Translate ambiguous business objectives into structured technical requirements and functional project specifications.

• Execute comprehensive risk mitigation strategies utilizing RAID logs and decision-tracking modules.

• Produce technical project artifacts and analytical status dashboards to provide visibility for executive leadership.
