We incorporate cutting-edge technology with an ambient dictation system, eliminating the need for post-visit documentation. Our AI dictation software listens to patient interactions and creates notes automatically, saving time and significantly improving the quality of life for our providers. With two locations and plans for further expansion, we are committed to making quality primary care accessible to more communities across Maryland.

Cutting-Edge Technology: We incorporate advanced AI-driven ambient dictation systems, eliminating the need for post-visit documentation. This technology listens to patient interactions and creates notes automatically, allowing you to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.
Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. That’s why we offer a structured schedule with 35 patient hours per week and 5 hours dedicated to administrative work. This ensures you have ample time for both professional and personal pursuits.
Competitive Compensation: To show our commitment to fostering long-term relationships with our team, we offer a generous $75,000 joining bonus and a very competitive salary upto 300K earning potential per year . This financial support underscores our dedication to your career growth and stability.
