Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Columbia/Myrtle Beach, SC (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products in South Carolina's Sumter, Florence, and Anderson territories. The role involves delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals, managing accounts, achieving sales targets, and supporting patient access through both in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions based on customer needs, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory business effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and reinforce brand commitment to patient outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6 years, or high school diploma with 8 years
• Sales, marketing, or clinical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, healthcare, or medical device industries preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in specialty areas such as bone health, oncology, cardiology, or inflammation preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills focused on sales outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 (Specialty Representative); $115,036–$155,638 (Senior Specialty Representative) base annual salary
