Fleet Operations Lead: Grow with 10+ Drivers
Swift Transportation
Swift Transportation, the largest truckload carrier in America, is seeking a Fleet Leader to manage a fleet of 10+ drivers in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Responsibilities include maximizing profitability, developing high-performing drivers through coaching, and managing safety performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation industry, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
