Software Tester

To support the improvement of the Claro Video app, the freelance Software Tester will work remotely from Mexico, testing the app and providing feedback based on personal experience, with no professional software testing experience required. Key responsibilities Conduct streaming tests on the Claro Video app, following provided instructions Participate in weekly or bi-weekly testing sessions, typically lasting 1-2 hours each Report feedback and issues encountered during testing in English Required qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Located in Mexico with access to Claro Video via an Infinitum or Telcel plan Intermediate level of English or higher for reading instructions and reporting issues Ownership of compatible devices such as iPhone 11 and up, AppleTV, or Windows 10/11 computers Ability to commit to a short-term freelance role for approximately 3 months
