Position: Niagara Visions PROS Office Assistant
Divison: Mental Health Recovery Services
Program: Niagara Visions PROS
General Overview: Receive and handle program telephone calls, visitors, guests, etc. Manage participant sign-in daily and maintain accurate records of participant attendance for billing purposes. Coordinate appointments for Psychiatrist/Prescriber and Registered Professional Nurse on Clinic days. Perform typing, clerical work, records, inventories, and schedules. Ensure that participant charts are maintained in a secure and confidential manner. Assist in the administrative support of the front office. Works well with PROS staff as a team player.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, business school or Associates Degree in Human Service related field preferred.
Salary Range: $35,007 - $41,729, annually.
Hours: Full-Time
