In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, leasing activities, vendor coordination, maintenance initiatives, and property performance while ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and operated in accordance with company objectives.As part of a growing, entrepreneurial real estate company, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of assigned properties, make meaningful operational decisions, and directly contribute to tenant satisfaction, occupancy, property performance, and long-term asset value. Working closely with Accounting, Lease Administration, Facilities, vendors, and company leadership, you'll help drive operational excellence while supporting the continued growth and development of the ClearRealty portfolio.You will excel in this role if you are:A proactive and service-oriented property management professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and delivering a high-quality experience for tenants, vendors, and stakeholdersComfortable taking ownership of multiple priorities simultaneously while balancing tenant needs, operational requirements, financial objectives, and company standardsConfident working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability, initiative, and sound judgment are valued, and where you have the opportunity to make a visible impact on property performanceHighly organized and accountable, with the ability to independently manage properties, projects, vendors, and operational activities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-throughNaturally solutions-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, make recommendations, and implement appropriate corrective actions within established authority levelsNaturally process-minded and analytical, with the ability to identify gaps, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to improving operational workflows over timeProfessional and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and courteously with tenants, vendors, and internal teamsFinancially aware and operationally minded, with an understanding of how occupancy, tenant satisfaction, operating expenses, maintenance activities, and property condition contribute to overall property performance and long-term asset valueFlexible and solutions-focused, maintaining a positive, steady approach when priorities shift or new responsibilities emergeA day in the life:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned properties, responding to tenant inquiries, resolving operational concerns, coordinating service requests, and maintaining strong tenant and vendor relationshipsOversee leasing activities including prospect inquiries, property tours, lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, tenant retention efforts, and lease compliance mattersCoordinate maintenance requests, preventative maintenance activities, inspections, vendor services, and property improvement projects to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well maintainedReview property performance metrics including occupancy, delinquency, operating expenses, recoveries, maintenance activity, and tenant concerns, implementing corrective actions and escalating matters as appropriateAdminister delinquency management, lease default enforcement, repayment arrangements, lease violations, and related tenant communications in accordance with company policies and lease requirementsCoordinate with Operations & Lease Administration, Accounting, Facilities, vendors, and company leadership to support budgeting, reporting, billing accuracy, tenant onboarding, and overall property performanceContribute to maintaining attractive, well-operated properties while supporting tenant satisfaction, operational continuity, occupancy goals, and the long-term value of the ClearRealty portfolioWhat we are expecting from you:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be consideredMinimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in property management, commercial real estate operations, multifamily management, facilities management, or a related property operations roleDemonstrated experience managing tenant relations, leasing activities, budgets, operating expenses, vendor relationships, maintenance activities, and day-to-day property operationsExperience with property management platforms (Yardi Voyager strongly preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and OutlookAbility to review, interpret, and administer lease agreements, operating budgets, financial reports, vendor contracts, and property-related documentationStrong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, vendor management, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and operational performance managementStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, operational issues, deadlines, and competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholdersComfort working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where processes and workflows continue to evolve, along with the ability to adapt while maintaining accountability, responsiveness, and operational consistencyDemonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, identify operational risks or performance concerns, implement appropriate corrective actions within established authority levels, and escalate matters appropriatelyDemonstrated professionalism, reliability, ownership, and commitment to tenant satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term asset stewardshipNice to have:Experience working within a commercial real estate, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, or multi-tenant property portfolio environmentExperience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management platforms, including exposure to leasing, maintenance, budgeting, reporting, or tenant management functionsExperience coordinating capital improvement projects, tenant improvements, property renovations, or operational improvement initiativesExperience reviewing budgets, operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, vendor contracts, or property performance metricsExposure to vendor procurement, contract administration, insurance claims coordination, or service provider managementExperience supporting process improvement, workflow development, technology adoption, or operational efficiency initiatives within a growing organizationPrior experience working in a small team, entrepreneurial, or owner-operated environment where adaptability, initiative, and accountability are highly valuedIf you're looking for a role where your organization, accuracy, and attention to detail directly contribute to the stability and performance of a growing real estate portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.At ClearRealty, we're building something thoughtful and long-term.
